RRK: Built-in ramp for vehicles

The RRK installation ramp is an aluminum loading ramp for transport vehicles, designed for loading equipment with pneumatic tires or small wheels. Depending on the model, it achieves a load capacity of up to 0,45 tons per unit.

The RRK installation ramp is made of aluminium and is designed for permanent installation in transport vehicles.

It is suitable for devices with pneumatic tires or small wheels and is used especially for frequent loading and unloading operations.

The driving surface is perforated and offers a high level of slip resistance (R12). The perforations allow water, snow, and dirt to drain away reliably.

The ramps are available in several lengths from 1400 mm to 3200 mm.

Depending on the design, the load-bearing capacity ranges between 370 kg and 450 kg per piece.

Depending on the version, the weight ranges from 37 kg to 84 kg per piece.

The design is equipped with gas pressure cylinders, which means that little effort is required for lifting and lowering.

During transport, the ramp is held in a vertical position and secured by locking mechanisms. Integrated rubber buffers reduce noise.

The ramp is supplied with a complete installation kit including counter plates for the underside of the vehicle.

Optional fastening solutions such as star knob screws are available for quick installation and removal.

Standard widths 800 or 1000 mm; other dimensions possible.

For higher load-bearing capacity requirements, the RRK can optionally be equipped with support feet.

Other variants

Type RRK-Z: Double foldable! Suitable for vehicles with low interior height and for loading equipment with low ground clearance.
