The AVS 170 loading ramps are made of a high-strength, weather-resistant aluminum alloy and are designed for use in heavy-duty loading areas. They are particularly suitable for larger construction machinery, forklifts, or aerial work platforms.

The driving surface consists of a closed, non-slip aluminum profile and offers secure footing when driving on it – even with machines with steel tracks.

The rails are available in seven lengths from approximately 2.885 mm to 5.450 mm and allow for flexible adaptation to different loading situations.

Depending on the design, the load-bearing capacity ranges from approximately 4.060 kg to up to 7.710 kg per pair.

Depending on the length, the weight is approximately 44 to 83 kg per rail.

The driving surface is reinforced in the lower area of ​​the approach surface, ensuring high load-bearing capacity and a significantly extended service life.

The loading ramps are available in various designs:

• - with a tongue-like projection

• - attachable

• - with pipe connection (e.g. for 60mm shaft)

• - foldable in the middle with support leg

• - two-piece with separate base

For permanently installed versions, a spring lifting mechanism can optionally be used, which significantly reduces the effort required for lifting and lowering.

All models comply with applicable safety requirements and are equipped with the "Tested Safety (GS)" seal.
