AVS aluminum loading ramps for solid rubber tires

The AVS 150, AVS 170, and AVS 200 loading ramps are designed for loading heavy construction machinery, forklifts, and aerial work platforms with solid rubber or comparable tires. The aluminum ramp features a closed, non-slip surface and, depending on the model, achieves load capacities of up to 11,0 t per pair.

The AVS 150, AVS 170, and AVS 200 loading ramps are made of aluminum and designed for use as access ramps or loading ramps for heavy construction machinery, forklifts, and aerial work platforms. They are particularly suitable for vehicles with solid rubber tires and similar undercarriages.

The driving surface consists of a closed, non-slip aluminum profile. This design ensures high durability of the driving surface and secure driving contact during loading and unloading.

The aluminum ramps are available in several lengths from approximately 2.700 to 5.000 mm. Depending on the model, the weight per ramp ranges from approximately 39 to 103 kg. The load-bearing capacity of the loading ramps ranges from approximately 3,0 to 11,0 tons per pair, depending on the type and length.

The design is intended for heavy-duty professional use. The AVS loading ramp is available in various versions: with a support tongue, hook-in, with a pipe connection for a 60 mm shaft, foldable in the middle with a support leg, or two-part with a separate leg.

A spring-assisted lifting mechanism is available as an option for permanently installed loading ramps. This reduces the effort required to raise and lower the ramps. The illustrated version shows a possible variant with a foldable design and spring-assisted lifting mechanism.
