The AVS 200 loading ramp is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy and is designed for use as an access ramp and loading ramp in heavy-duty loading operations. It is particularly suitable for demanding applications in the construction and agricultural sectors.

This loading ramp is suitable for vehicles with pneumatic tires and rubber tracks, such as excavators, wheel loaders or rough terrain forklifts.

The driving surface consists of an open rung construction, which offers high slip resistance while simultaneously reducing the accumulation of dirt and stones. The lower area of ​​the approach surface is additionally reinforced, which increases the ramp's lifespan.

The AVS 200 is available in six lengths from 2885 mm to 5285 mm.

Depending on the length, the load capacity ranges from 6.240 kg to 11.890 kg per pair with an axle spacing of 2000 mm.

Depending on the design and length, the weight per rail ranges between 64 kg and 106 kg.

Structurally, the loading ramp features a stable, torsionally rigid design with a reinforced approach area for high loads in continuous use.

The aluminum ramp is available optionally without a rim, with a protective rim on both sides, or with a protective rim on one side.

Optionally, the loading ramp can be equipped with a spring lifting mechanism; foldable versions are also available.
