AVS 170: Robust aluminum loading ramp with a load capacity of up to 8 t

The AVS 170 loading ramp is an aluminum loading ramp for vehicles with pneumatic tires or rubber tracks and achieves a load capacity of up to 7,9 t per pair.

The AVS 170 loading ramp is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and is designed for use in professional loading operations.

It is suitable for vehicles with pneumatic tires or rubber tracks, such as excavators, tractors or wheel loaders.

The driving surface is made of a non-slip aluminum profile and reinforced in the lower area of the approach surface, resulting in increased load-bearing capacity and service life.

The ramps are available in several lengths from 2885 mm to 5485 mm.

Depending on the design and length, the load-bearing capacity ranges from 3,2 t to 7,9 t per pair.

Depending on the design, the weight is between 44 kg and 83 kg per rail.

The design allows for versions without a rim, with a protective rim on one side or on both sides.

Foldable versions are also available.

Optionally, a spring-loaded lifting mechanism can be integrated to assist with raising and lowering.
