AVS for pneumatic tires
ALTEC offers the AVS 65 to 200 series loading ramps for loading and driving light to heavy vehicles with pneumatic tires or rubber tracks.
They are characterized by their high load-bearing capacity, robust construction and versatile applications in the professional sector.
The AVS series loading ramps were specially developed for use under demanding conditions and enable the safe loading of heavy machinery and vehicles.
Typical areas of application include construction machinery, excavators, wheel loaders, rough terrain forklifts, tractors and other vehicles with pneumatic tires or rubber tracks.
Manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloys, the rails achieve a strength comparable to steel. This allows for load capacities of up to 11.000 kg per pair (depending on the design and axle spacing).
Despite their high load-bearing capacity, the loading ramps impress with their comparatively low weight, which allows for easy handling in daily use.
The reinforced driving surface in the lower area ensures a long service life and reliable use even under intensive stress.
AVS loading ramps are available in various designs:
- with or without a border
- one-sided or two-sided protective edge
- different support types (tongue supports, hanging hooks or pipe connections)
This allows the rails to be optimally adapted to the respective loading situation.
All loading ramps comply with applicable safety requirements and bear the "Tested Safety (GS)" seal.
