The SKB ramp loading bridge from ALTEC is available in a laterally sliding or stationary version. The laterally sliding version is particularly recommended, however, as it allows for significantly more flexible use.

The SKB aluminum ramp loading bridge reliably bridges height differences of up to approximately 20 cm between a higher loading ramp and the loading platform of a lower truck. This creates a secure connection between the ramp and the vehicle.

A ball-bearing mounted carriage allows the aluminum platform to be easily moved laterally along a sturdy steel guide rail. This downward-facing guide rail prevents the accumulation of dirt or deposits, ensuring consistently reliable operation. The guide rails are available galvanized or mill finish and come in lengths of 2 or 3 meters.

When not needed, the SKB can simply be pushed to the side and then stands vertically at the edge of the ramp. An automatically engaging safety device prevents the bridge from accidentally tipping over.

The SKB ramp loading bridge is available in various versions. Lengths range from 57 to 157 cm, and widths are either 125 or 150 cm. Depending on the version, the weight of the sliding models ranges from 67 to 128 kg.

All bridges wider than one meter are equipped with a spring-assisted leveling system. This ensures exceptional ease of use, allowing a single person to operate the loading bridge without difficulty.
