The ALTEC BB railway bridge was specifically developed for loading and unloading freight wagons at railway ramps. As a reliable connection between freight wagons and permanently installed ramps, it enables safe and efficient loading operations – even under heavy loads.

Typical applications include the direct loading and unloading of freight trains at loading ramps, as well as anywhere a safe transition between wagons and ramps is required. Especially when using forklifts or other industrial trucks, the rail bridge ensures a stable and continuous travel path. The ability to connect multiple bridges allows for the flexible implementation of wider loading areas.

The BB impresses with its robust construction made of high-quality, extruded aluminum profiles and a non-slip, profiled surface that ensures safe driving and walking. A steel guide rail, firmly mounted at the ramp edge, ensures secure positioning of the bridge. When not in use, it can be hung in front of the ramp edge to save space.

For easy handling, the railway bridge is equipped with integrated handles. The guide rail is available either galvanized or mill finish and is supplied in a length of 3 meters.

The BB railway bridge is available in widths of 145 cm, 175 cm, or 195 cm and a length of 50,5 cm. Depending on the model, its weight ranges from 29 to 41 kg. It has a load-bearing capacity of up to 4000 kg per unit, ensuring safe use even with heavy loads.
