ALTEC's lightweight RAS aluminum ramp is made from a sturdy, high-strength aluminum alloy and, when used in pairs, forms a safe and reliable access ramp for wheelchairs. It allows for the comfortable negotiation of multiple steps or even entire staircases.

The RAS is particularly practical when loading a wheelchair onto a vehicle's loading platform. Thanks to its mobile and non-slip design, loading and unloading are just as safe. Sturdy carrying handles facilitate the transport of the individual rails and allow for flexible, location-independent use.

The RAS is available in lengths of 200 cm, 250 cm, and 300 cm. The sturdy safety edge ensures reliable guidance in the track and further enhances safety during operation. Despite its low weight of only approximately 8 to 12 kg per rail, the RAS boasts a high load-bearing capacity of 360 to 380 kg per pair.

Depending on the chosen length, height differences of approximately 36,5 to 56,5 cm can be overcome at a 20% incline. This makes even higher platforms, steps, or ledges in gardens or parks easily accessible.
